What kind of businesses is this for?
People with a real skill and an audience, even a small one. Coaching, fitness, trading education, combat sports, marketing agencies and personal brands selling at mid to high ticket. If there is no audience at all yet, we'll tell you that on the call.
How many followers do I need?
There's no minimum. 100x started at 2,400 followers. A skill people will pay for and content you'll keep posting matter more than the follower count.
I don't have an offer yet. Can you still help?
Yes. 100x had no offer when we started. We built it into three levels, from education modules up to one to one sessions, then built the funnel and the sales team around it.
Which niches have you worked in?
Fitness, trading education, combat sports, marketing agencies and personal brands. Right now we run 100x and 24/7 CMBT, and we're onboarding FlowmetricsAI.
See who we work with
Where are you based?
We operate across the UK, New Zealand and Australia, and everything runs online, so where you are matters less than your offer.
How many clients do you take on?
A limited number of offers each quarter, so every account gets the team's full attention.
Can you take over the team I already have?
Yes. Your setters and closers move onto the OTE system: our CRM, our scripts and our weekly calls, and report to us from then on. Where there are gaps, we fill them from our own team.
I don't have a sales team. Do I need one?
No. We place setters and a closer from our own team, trained on the OTE system and built around your lead flow.
Who actually speaks to my leads?
Setters answer your DMs and inbound calls every day, qualify each lead and book them onto a call with our closers within seven days. A phone setter calls every application. Your offer manager runs the team.
Do I have to take sales calls myself?
No. Our closers take the discovery calls and close the deal. Your time goes on the content and on delivering what you sell.
What is the OTE system?
The sales process we run every account on: setting and closing, scripts written for your offer, our CRM, and three team calls a week on the numbers.
Why revenue share instead of a retainer?
Because it keeps everyone honest. A retainer gets paid whether or not you make money. Revenue share means we only win when cash lands in your account, so we have every reason to fix the offer and the follow-up rather than send more messages.
What's the setup fee for?
Taking over or placing your setters and closer, building your offer and funnel, setting you up on our CRM, wiring the payment automation and writing scripts for your offer. It covers the work that happens before the first call is ever booked.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If we generate no revenue in your first 60 days, you get your money back.
How do my customers pay?
Through Stripe. Every payment posts into the CRM by itself and the team is told the moment it lands. Agreements are signed on the call, with finance options for buyers who need them.
Do you only do sales?
No. Sales is the core, but most of the growth comes from what sits around it: the offer, the funnel and the content plan that keeps the inbox full. We build all of it so the sales team has something worth selling and people to sell it to.
Do you make the content?
We plan it, you film it. You get a content plan with what to film each week, built from research on your customers and competitors. It's then edited and posted for you.
Do you run paid ads?
Our content strategist develops the creative for Meta when ads make sense. Most of our results so far are organic: the $280K+ for 100x came from organic content.
Do you build the funnel?
Yes. We audit what you have and fix where leads are falling through, or build it from scratch: landing pages, application forms and call bookings.
How fast does it start producing?
It varies with your audience, price point and offer strength. Our best client did $109K in his first 40 days and passed $200K in three months.
Will I be able to see what's going on?
Yes. You get your own login to the CRM and see every lead, call and payment on your offer as it happens.
Take the tour to see what that looks like.
What numbers do you report on?
Cash collected, cash contracted, calls booked, show rate, close rate, lead to call time, cash by source and the pay cycle target. All of them sit in your CRM and we go through them three times a week.
What each one means
What happens after I book a call?
We go through your offer, your audience and your current numbers, and your goals. If it's a fit, we build your offer, funnel, scripts and CRM, then the team starts working your leads.
What do I still have to do?
Film the content on the schedule we give you, deliver what you sell to the people who buy it, and turn up for anything your offer promises from you personally, like one to one calls. Everything on the sales side is ours.
Who will I be working with?
Jamie, the founder, oversees every offer. Each account has an offer manager who runs the setters and closers day to day.
